Andrew Hald is an accomplished technologist and business leader with 30 years of experience in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions. He is the Founder and CEO of The Hald Company, where he leads DevSecOps transformations and empowers technologists to elevate their business architecture skills.

 Under Andrew’s leadership, the VMware Hands-on Labs grew from a popular event-driven annual content program, to a multi-billion dollar marketing pipeline engine. His expertise spans from the public sector to consulting, online marketing, and leadership development. A visionary innovator, he has been at the forefront of cloud and virtualization technologies, driving simplicity, automation and scale.

One of the first four individuals to earn the prestigious VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) certification, Andrew has a deep technical background in cloud and virtualization. He has a proven track record of creating value across diverse industries, mentoring teams, and leading businesses through complex transformations.

 In addition to his extensive technical achievements, Andrew pursued his MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management, enhancing his business acumen and leadership skills. He believes in amplifying unheard voices and fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
